We can help employers tap into the West Shore and Sooke (to Port Renfrew) workforce while reducing the cost of hiring. WorkLink can provide the following services at no cost to you or to a potential employee.
i) Job Posting Board Service
Contact the associated WorkLink office that is within your business vacinity: West Shore 250-478-9525 or Sooke 250-642-3685 to post a vacancy for your full time, part time or temporary/casual position(s). See below for job order form options.
Please note the following service agreements:
1) WorkLink only accepts submissions for positions located in Victoria, BC and the surrounding areas (as outlined above);
2) WorkLink does not prescreen clients. It is at full discretion of employers to ensure clients are eligible for hire.
3) Each posting will be active for a term of two weeks then removed. Should an employer wish to re-post, contact our Job Posting Coordinator.
ii) Casual Labour Pool
Many of our registered clients are eligible to work and come with a variety of skills and experience. Contact us to post your position requirements and receive call backs on the vacancy. It is at full discretion of employers to prescreen all candidates for eligibility for employment.
iii) Resume Collection
If you wish, WorkLink can help safeguard your confidentiality by collecting resumes from people who want to apply to your postings from our job board.
iv) Facility Use - Interview Room
We offer a private interview room for employers to meet with prospective employees. Please contact us for our policy and reservations for either location accessible during our regular business hours.
